設(shè)計(jì)概述

水下無(wú)人檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)是為適應(yīng)日益增大的下檢測(cè)需求，水下機(jī)器人檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)主要用于水下缺陷高清檢查、滲漏檢測(cè)、日常巡查等，系統(tǒng)組成包括 ROV 主機(jī)、 臍帶纜、 水面控制臺(tái)和檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)，其中檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)主要有高清攝像、低照度黑白攝像、多波束圖像聲納和激光尺度儀等。

Design Overview

In order to meet the increasing demand of underwater detection, the underwater robot detection system is mainly used for underwater defect high-definition inspection, leakage detection, daily inspection and so on. The system consists of ROV host, umbilical cable, console and inspection system. The inspection system mainly includes high-definition camera, low illumination black-and-white camera, multi beam image sonar and laser scale instrument,etc.

多功能搭載

• 搭載的聲吶和攝像機(jī)，搜尋沉水物品，危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所探查，爆炸物品引爆等； 

• 搭載不同型號(hào)機(jī)械手捕獲水下目標(biāo)物；

• 搭載履帶行走單元實(shí)現(xiàn)水底壞境檢測(cè)； 

• 搭載收集筐實(shí)現(xiàn)水下采樣檢測(cè)，

• 搭載水下基線進(jìn)行機(jī)器人水下定位， 

• 搭載測(cè)量?jī)x進(jìn)行水下測(cè)繪勘測(cè)；

• 搭載電位儀進(jìn)行水下船舶檢測(cè)。

Multi function carrying

• Equipped with sonar and camera, search for submerged objects, explore dangerous places, detonate explosives, etc;

• Carrying different types of manipulator to capture underwater objects;

• Equipped with crawler walking unit to realize underwater environment detection; 

• Equipped with a collection basket to realize underwater sampling and detection; 

• Carring underwater baseline to position the underwater robot;

• Carrying on the measuring instrument to carry out the underwater surveying and mapping; 

• Carrying on the electric potential instrument to test the underwater ship.
