設(shè)計(jì)概述 Introduction

水下液壓動(dòng)力站雙絞吸機(jī)是一款用于對水下硬土層、黏土層卵石層清理和挖掘的水下取土設(shè)備。

整機(jī)采用扭矩更大的液壓方式驅(qū)動(dòng)，給絞龍頭提供更大的負(fù)載能力，應(yīng)對水下各種土層工況的絞吸工作。通過對絞龍頭水下轉(zhuǎn)速、壓力、溫度傳感器的監(jiān)測，實(shí)現(xiàn)絞吸機(jī)工作狀態(tài)的現(xiàn)場數(shù)字化顯示，工作數(shù)據(jù)可實(shí)時(shí)傳輸，實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程工程指揮。采用增壓齒葉，在吸泥時(shí)提升泥吸絞力，絞頭兩側(cè)配有高壓水槍可以清理絞頭上的板結(jié)淤泥，吸泥口可配有渲漿泵或氣舉，將絞吸后的泥漿抽走。

The twin cutter suction machine of underwater hydraulic power station is a kind of underwater soil sampling equipment used for cleaning and excavating underwater hard soil layer, clay layer and pebble layer.

The whole machine is driven by hydraulic mode with greater torque, which can provide greater load capacity for the cutter-suction head and cope with the cutter suction work under various  soil conditions. Through the monitoring of the rotary speed, pressure and temperature sensors of the cutter-suction head, the working state of the cutter suction machine can be displayed  digitally on site, and the working data can be transmitted in real time to realize the remote engineering command. Pressure boosting toothed blades are used to improve the suction and stranding force of mud during mud suction. High pressure water guns are equipped on both sides of the cutter head to clean the hardened sludge on the cutter head. The mud suction port can be equipped with a slurry pump or air lift to pump out the mud after cutter suction.

• 具有數(shù)字化顯示功能，通過傳感器將轉(zhuǎn)速，溫度、 壓力等數(shù)據(jù)顯示在控制面板上，使設(shè)備操作人員更直觀、有效地進(jìn)行操作，提高挖掘的效率。

Advantages:

The patented technology of underwater power station is adopted to reduce the site occupation rate of the field working surface. The ss-400kw hydraulic power station with huge operation capacity is integrated under the water to reduce the equipment failure rate and increase the torque of the cutter head. Therefore, the cutter head of the underwater hydraulic station has the following advantages over the existing cutter suction equipment:

• Hydraulic driven cutter head with super torque and overload capacity;

• The hydraulic power station is integrated underwater to solve the pressure loss problem of heat dissipation and hydraulic transmission;

• it has motor protection function. After the cutter head is locked, the pressure limiting valve is opened and the motor operates normally;

• With digital display function, the speed, temperature, pressure and other data are displayed on the control panel through the sensor, so that the equipment operators can operate more intuitively and effectively, and improve the efficiency of mining.
