佩森船用脫硫系統(tǒng),由佩森公司獨立研發(fā),已獲得ABS, LR, CCS等認(rèn)可證書。佩森船用脫硫系統(tǒng)是由佩森研發(fā)和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊設(shè)計研發(fā),并已經(jīng)獲得了ABS、LR和CCS證書。 佩森船用脫硫塔系統(tǒng)為模塊化設(shè)計,包含脫硫塔,噴淋系統(tǒng),堿液系統(tǒng),水處理系統(tǒng),連續(xù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng),根據(jù)每艘船的不同要求要求量身定制,可同時用于U型和I型模型,可用于開式、閉式和混合式三種不同模式。 POT DeSOx scrubber is designed by her own in-house R&D and technology and engineering team dedicated in scrubbers for ships, which have obtained ABS, LR and CCS certificate already. POT DeSOx Scrubber consists of scrubber tower, spray system, NaOH system, water treatment system, Continuous monitoring systems and control system. Scrubbers will be tailored to suit each individual vessel, depending on her operational requirements. POT is capable for both the U-type and I-type models for Open Loop mode, Closed Loop mode and Hybrid modes, be single-stream or multi-stream. 開式系統(tǒng) / Open Loop Mode ▼
開式系統(tǒng)適用范圍 1. 閉式系統(tǒng)適用范圍 1、ECA控制排放區(qū)以內(nèi)海域; 2、或全海域 ; The washwater medium is seawater or fresh water. When this mode is applied, washed water is treated and recirculated, and NaOH of high concentration is added to increase its buffering capacity and DeSOx neutralization. After this process, the wash water is recycled. This mode is capable of meeting zero discharge requirement. 混合系統(tǒng) / Hybrid Mode ▼ 混合系統(tǒng)同時包含開式和閉式系統(tǒng),在混合系統(tǒng)中可以對兩種模式進(jìn)行相互切換,兩種系統(tǒng)模式的應(yīng)用取決于海水堿度、排放限制等條件。在開放海域航行時, 該系統(tǒng)通常在開環(huán)模式下運行以減少鈉堿和洗滌水的消耗。當(dāng)靠港或進(jìn)入排放控制區(qū)時,該系統(tǒng)通常在閉環(huán)模式下運行。 This mode allows vessel to operate in both open loop mode and closed loop mode.
